Before confirming your booking and proceeding with payment, it is imperative to meticulously review all trip details.
Most airlines enforce stringent policies regarding name changes, often levying exorbitant fees for corrections. It is essential that the name and all pertinent booking information precisely correspond to the details on your government-issued identification. Should your travel documents, such as a passport, contain a singular name, it is advisable to notify the representative in advance to ensure a smooth booking experience.
Please be informed that any costings incurred for name corrections, incorrect sectors or any other error thus arising due to negligence of the customer or provided incorrectly by the customer shall be the liability of the customer.
Total Fare/Total Chargeable Amount:
- This includes the base fare, fuel surcharges, airport taxes, and any other relevant fees, including SkyHawker's service charge.
- This does not include charges for any additional services which are not mentioned above like additional baggage allowance, seat selection charges, upgrades etc.
- By authorizing the charge, you consent to the total amount being divided among various entities, which may include, but are not limited to, the airline, ARC, SkyHawker, Agency Fee, Agent Fee etc.
Baggage Allowance and Special Requests:
- Baggage allowances vary by ticket type and destination, and assumptions should not be made regarding the baggage policy. For instance, flights between the U.S. and Europe may only include a carry-on in the fare. It is essential to confirm baggage allowances before finalizing your booking.
- Kindly validate the baggage allowance as mentioned in the final booking confirmation.
- Special Requests: SkyHawker cannot guarantee fulfillment of specific requests such as seating preferences, meal selections, or special assistance services (e.g., wheelchair or bassinet), as these are subject to airline availability and discretion.
Changes and Cancellations:
- Modifications to your reservation are governed by the fare rules established by the airline. SkyHawker shall not be held liable for the losses arising due to the purchase of restricted tickets which do not allow changes or have high change fees. Passengers are liable to pay any additional costs involved in the modification of the booking.
- It is strongly recommended that you review all terms and conditions before booking. If flexibility is a priority, consider purchasing refundable or changeable tickets, which may incur a higher cost but mitigate financial loss in the event of last-minute adjustments.
- Changes are subject to seat availability, and any fare differences, along with applicable change and service fees, must be paid. For changes, cancellations, or flight adjustments, a minimum notice of 72 hours is requested, as fees may increase for flights departing within this window.
- Handling Fee: SkyHawker will charge a handling fee of USD 50/Ticket for all changes apart from applicable charges.
- Involuntary Changes/Schedule Changes:
- Update of Schedule Change/ Flight Disruption: Customers will also be directly notified by e-mail for changes occurring 72 hours before scheduled departure. To avoid any misses, we include your contact information as accepted and shared by you during the booking with the airlines so that whenever there is an update to your booking, you can receive the notifications directly and thus stay updated with the changes. For last-minute changes, it is recommended that you confirm the flight status directly with the airline.
- Re-accommodation: Airlines usually provide the best available alternatives for your flight disruptions, if you are not satisfied with the given options, our representatives will try to negotiate with the airline to find the most suitable options for your travel plan, however, this will be subject to airline policy for handling schedule changes and should not be a liability of SkyHawker. We will update you before making any changes about available alternatives and any costs (if applicable) for preferences.
- Handling Fee: SkyHawker will charge a service fee of USD 50/Ticket for handling all schedule changes.
- Voluntary Cancellations and Refunds:
- Non-Refundable: The majority of tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise specified at the time of booking.
- Refundable: If your booking is refundable, we will process the refund as per the applicable fare rules. Refund timelines vary from airline to airline, hence we will update an approximate time for a refund at the time of processing.
- Handling Fee: SkyHawker will charge a handling fee of USD 50/Ticket for all cancellation requests.
- Voluntary Cancellations and Refunds:
- Non-Refundable: Refund of non-refundable tickets under schedule changes is strictly subject to airline policy and approval. SkyHawker shall not be responsible for any refunds of non-refundable bookings under schedule change protection.
- Full Refund: If your booking qualifies for a refund against schedule change as per the respective airline policy, then we will reach out to the airlines for a waiver code and process a refund once approved by the airline. Refund timelines vary from airline to airline, hence we will update an approximate time for refund at the time of processing.
- Handling Fee: SkyHawker will charge a handling fee of USD 50/Ticket for all cancellation requests.
Check-In Requirements and No-Show Policy:
- Airline Regulations: Each airline imposes specific rules regarding check-in times, baggage allowances, and other terms. You are responsible for adhering to these requirements.
- Domestic Check-in: You must arrive at the airport at least 2 Hours before the flight. Boarding gates usually close 45 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
- International Check-in: You must arrive at the airport at least 3 Hours before the flight. Boarding gates usually close 60 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
- High Season and Holidays: During peak travel days, airports usually have higher than normal traffic and immigration may take more time.
- No-Show Policy : Airlines consider changes and cancellations within 24 hours of flight as No-Show. Ticket will have Zero Value in such cases.
Destination and Transit Visa:
- Visa and Travel Documentation: The traveler must secure the necessary visas and travel documents for both the final destination and any transit points. SkyHawker assumes no liability for any losses resulting from insufficient documentation.
